Pick Up Instructions for Your Silent Auction Item
Here are the instructions on how to pick up the items or certificates that you win through the SOS silent auction:
If the item you win is a gift certificate or gift card, we can happily mail the certificate to you! Simply email [email protected] with your name, the certificate you have won, and your mailing address. We will get it mailed out to you ASAP.
-If you win a physical item or would just prefer to pick up your gift card or certificate in person, please follow the instructions below.

-If you win a physical item or would just prefer to pick up your gift card or certificate in person, please follow the instructions below.
- Our office will be open for silent auction pickups Monday-Friday from 11:00-4:00, beginning Wednesday, December 8th.
- If you are not able to come between these hours and would prefer to come earlier than 11:00 AM or later than 4:00 PM, please email [email protected] to schedule a specific day and time to pick up. This is to ensure that someone will be at our offices to assist you.
- Our office address is 4701 West Gate Blvd. Suite D-401, Austin, TX 78745. We have an office space that is connected to the AOMA office complex so it can be somewhat tricky to find us. Although our address is West Gate Boulevard, our office actually faces Western Trails Boulevard (and looks out at the Regal Movie Theatre); our door is the last door at the end and there will be an SOS banner out front.
