Andrew joined the Capital Area Master Naturalists in 2019 and loves doing outreach things like talking at the library about amphibians and plants. During the pandemic he fell hard for native plants, continues to study them, and leads plant walks whenever he gets a chance. Andrew is a natural educator. After teaching for many years, he later became a classroom presenter for Texas Wildlife Association. He has experience managing volunteers on the Austin Wildland preserves and is currently working with volunteers to grow scouting in Round Rock.. Ed Crowell - SUN, MARCH 30th
Ed Crowell is a former journalist at newspapers in Texas and Florida. His book "Barton Creek" was published by Texas A&M University Press in 2019. The book follows the 50-mile route of Barton Creek from its sources near Dripping Springs to its confluence with the Colorado River.
